WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?
Mindfulness is about consciously bringing your attention to the present moment without judgement. It is about calmly accepting what is happening right now with one's feelings, thoughts and bodily sensations. When we stop and take a moment and become reflective of our present state and situation, we are being mindful. Mindfulness promotes calmness and clarity when practised regularly.
